The words of the philosopher Aurelius Augustinus (354 - 430) are as true now as they were all those centuries ago. Back then, travelling was an adventure associated with hardship and risks. Today, in our globalised world, many things have become easier. We at ERV see to it that travel remains an adventure for our customers, yet one without the risks.
When dealing with our customers, competence, customer-orientation and reliability are our core values. Our products protect things in life that are particularly important to our customers. Travel is one of them.
But we also cover what are referred to as "special risks" in insurance jargon (for example, admission tickets to all kinds of event). This allows our customers to concentrate on the essentials and enjoy these things to the full without having to spare a thought for their safety.
